Administer the processing of grant payments from SUSI/Local Authorities/VEC's/Department of Education.

Informing the various Local Authorities/VEC's/Dept. of Education/SUSI of student's current status.

Invoicing Local Authorities/VEC's/Dept. of Education/SUSI for registration fees.

Processing of student maintenance cheques to student's bank account.
SUSI (Student Universal Support Ireland)
From September 2012 all Grant applications are processed through the new SUSI System which is run by CDVEC and can be accessed through www.studentfinance.ie and must be completed online. Maintenance Grants are paid monthly by SUSI directly to the student bank accounts. Applicants should ensure that they keep copies of all documentation that SUSI requests from them.

Grant Cheques
Grant cheques are normally issued in three instalments per annum:

September/October

January/February
-
April
Students should note that it can take 3/4 days for cheques to clear through the Bank/Credit Union/Building Society. Student's bank details can be added to the Student Administration Portal . Enter ID number, date of birth and choose option to add/change bank details.
Please note that monies will not be paid to students who have not completed Registration.
