Digitary - Electronic Academic Award Documents
Mary Immaculate College uses Digitary, a system which enables graduates to access their documents online and allows recruiters and others to verify the authenticity of these electronic documents via a secure website hosted at University of Limerick. The system uses highly secure technologies and is much more secure than traditional paper verification methods.

Information for Graduates
Graduates of Mary Immaculate College from 2008 onwards can obtain a copy of their Transcript online using the Digitary service.
Students who have completed their programme of study and are due to graduate can request a copy of their transcript by logging in to the Digitary Graduate site.

Graduates prior to 2008 can obtain a copy of their transcript by sending a fee of €10.00 along with their ID number, name and address to: Student Academic Administration Office, Mary Immaculate College, South Circular Road, Limerick.
- European Diploma Supplement
Graduates of Mary Immaculate College from 2005 onwards can obtain a copy of their European Diploma Supplement online using the Digitary service.

Graduates of Mary Immaculate College from 2005 onwards can obtain an electronic version of their award (equivalent to a certified copy of a degree parchment) online using the Digitary service.
Please note that the Parchment Documents on Digitary are issued by the University of Limerick, graduates of MIC are required to request these from UL once they login to the Digitary graduate site, they are not issued automatically.

Graduates prior to 2005 can request a replacement parchment
Access to the Digitary site is provided via your Student Administration Portal account i.e. the account you use to access http://www.si.ul.ie
If you do not know your PIN/Password for your Student Administration Portal account you can request to have it reset by sending an e-mail with your name and student ID number to pinreset@mic.ul.ie
When your PIN/Password for your Student Administration Portal account is reset you must login to the portal http://www.si.ul.ie and create a new PIN/Password of your own choice before accessing the Digitary Graduate site.

Information for Relying Parties
If you receive an electronic document share e-mail from a graduate of MIC, you will need to register an account with the Digitary Relying Parties site to access and view the documents that are shared with you, please see the following guide for further information:
