Student Assistance Fund (SAF)

The SAF is funded by the Irish Government and part funded by the European Social Fund. The Student Assistance Fund provides financial support to students who are in significant financial difficulty.

The Fund is best described as a contributory payment to supplement the student's main source of income and helps students meet some of the extra costs associated with being at college

 How to Apply

Students registered at MIC on a full-time course of at least one-year's duration leading to an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification are eligible to apply.

Information on  applying for the fund is on the MIC Student Portal and Application forms will be available on  the Portal from Monday 11th September 2017.
