Professional Development Model

The Centre for Teaching and Learning and Blended Learning Unit have developed a model for professional development which aims to support faculty and staff from induction through to programme and module (re)design.  Our professional development programme is aligned to each of the four key elements and seeks to support staff with the very practical and hands-on requirements of "How to" training moving towards tailored group and one-to-one training required for implementing new and innovative pedagogical strategies and programme/module design and development.
